Grace Court
is a major administrative office redevelopment project on a
9-acre site in downtown Phoenix. This site has an existing
2-story 33,000 square foot historical, territorial school which
(in design) will be restored to its original character. The proposed
office complex will consist of three new office buildings designed
to meet Level 3 and Level 4 security setbacks and will house
GSA users. The restored school will also house the Phoenix International
School of Law and a fourth new building will wrap the renovated
school.
The site contains a large urban park, a 1,500-car parking garage,
residential housing and commercial and community space. The housing
will wrap the parking structure on two side and the commercial
and community space will be integrated into the structure. The
proposed new office development for the site is 650,000 square
feet and will feature sustainable/green design for the complex.
